These days, most filters are made up of nylon mesh instead of silk. And then pour ink into the screen and use a squeegee to press down. Make sure that the ink spreads completely in all areas correctly. And then wipe off this residual ink and take off the screen to conduct the final design. And in the end, dry the map because it is ready to go.

Its cost is highly effective for large quantities, if the quantity is bulk so the rate is decreased.

Off-set printing

In this process you don’t transfer color directly onto the paper, it’s not like direct printing, in this printing worker used aluminum plates that help to transfer the image onto the rubber blanket and role this image into a sheet of paper, this printing made a high-quality print with best and accurate color which makes professional-looking images.

This is included in one of the best printing processes. The more you print the price is going to be cheaper like screen printing, this printing finishes are very accurate. Aluminum plates have the capability to print millions of papers.

This printing is done the same way as off-set printing, but it is done in fabric (like cotton) that has absorbency. It makes high print retention when it treats heat and a variety of colors are used in this printing.

DTG (direct to garment)

This is going to be an automated printing process that produces high quality prints with a great type of detail. This process needs a large flatbed printer in order to feed t-shirts in a conveyor belt, it makes t-shirts printed with images.

This printing is high quality,  if you only print one piece it is going to be expensive and this printing process makes it very easy to customize the design, this is great.

This printing needs heat-sensitive inks, which rapidly turn into a gas when heat is provided. It bonds with the material and becomes a part of it. Anyway, this design never fades away or produces cracks. In this process, the design is first printed on sublimation paper, after that, it is printed on the surface of the fabric when you press the sublimation paper on the fabric.

However, in this printing, only polyester fabric is used. It is not suitable for cotton fabric but in this printing, you used unlimited color, graphics, or design. But set in your mind it can only be printed on 100% pure polyester fabric.
