Top 9 Tips For New Player In Path Of Exile

I have been playing Path of Exile for some time, and when I was a new player there were many aspects I didn't understand. Recently, I have seen some tips that I think are helpful for new collectors of poe orbs cheap. I want to share it with everyone.

1. Life is good. Get life. A big life pool is the best form of defense. Grab %increased maximum life nodes on your passive tree, and get +maximum life affixes on your gear. A good ballpark number to aim for is a little under 400 life per act in softcore.

2. Cap your elemental resistances as soon as you can. You get -30% to all resistances after completing both Act 5 and Act 10. The game is balanced assuming you have 75%+ resistance to all elements, so anything below that will get you killed. Chaos resistance is more of a luxury stat since chaos damage is mostly DoT, so don't worry too much about it.

3. Focus on building around and supporting one or two attack skills instead of dividing your resources between several. You want as many support gems as possible linked to your main offensive skill. By Act 3, you should have no problem getting a 4-link for your main skill.

4. Good stats on gear: elemental resistances and life on everything except weapons, +damage on jewelry and gloves, and movement speed on boots. Weapon stats are highly dependent on what build you're playing.

5. Don't grab +stat nodes (str/int/dex) on your passive tree unless a) it's on the way to something else, or b) it's one of the +30 ones so you can fulfill stat requirements. In the case of b), try to get the stats on your gear instead so you can refund the +30 node.

6. On a similar note, don't take too many minor (small) passives unless they're on the way to major (bigger) passives. The major exception to this is %increased life nodes.

7. Don't be afraid to move around the skill tree. There's no restriction on which nodes you're allowed to take (other than the fact that you only have so many skill points). Many builds go halfway around the tree to grab certain nodes.

8. Don't buy items from in-game trade chat. Heck, just turn it off altogether. It's almost all spambots and ripoffs. If you want to buy things, visit  https://www.u4gm.com/path-of-exile.

9. If you get to the point where you feel like your character has hit a wall, you can try looking up a build guide. Find a skill or item that you really like, and chances are that somebody's made a guide for it.
