UGC NET Previous Year Question Papers
It is essential to attempt UGC NET previous year question papers to be familiar with the type and level of the questions asked in the exam.
Thus, solving the previous years’ question papers would definitely increase your chances of clearing the exam.
Having said that the best way to use the previous years’ papers is to randomly solve one, before actually beginning your preparation. That way you will be able to understand your weak areas better.
Then you can start your prep with an extra emphasis on your weak points. After having done so, you can go on to solve another previous year paper to weed out further the weak spots in your prep and work on eliminating them.
Carry on with this process till you are confident that there aren’t any more weak spots left in your preparation.
Lastly, if you are lucky, you might just chance upon certain questions in your actual UGC NET exam, which you had already solved before in the previous year question papers.

NTA UGC NET Exam Dates 2021
As I have mentioned before, exam dates for the merged December 2020 & June 2021 Cycles have been postponed yet again. The NTA will let us know the dates soon. This is as per the latest notice released by NTA on 09th October 2021. Earlier the exam dates were from 17th to 25th October 2021.
The earlier exam dates have been updated thrice since the notification came out for the 2021 UGC NET exam on the 10th of August 2021, but hopefully this time the dates are final.
As mentioned before, the latest exam date update has happened due to some other national level exams scheduled to happen at the same time as the previous UGC NET exam dates.
That said the next important date related to the exam that students are eager to know are the UGC NET 2021 admit card dates. They will be coming out soon. We’ll let you know as soon as it comes out. So, keep posted.

- First Shift: 09:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Second Shift: 03:00 pm – 06:00 pm
