When 8-year-old Stephanie Splitz moves to LazyTown with her uncle, she encourages her new friends to be active instead of wasting their time on video games. She also tries to help them eat healthy foods like fruit and vegetables, which she calls “sports candy.” Unfortunately, the town’s evil villain, Robbie Rotten, works hard to thwart her efforts.
While the LazyTown Kids prepare for a medieval festival, Mayor Meanswell tells them about the Blue Knight and his archrival, the Purple Knight. Robbie Rotten overhears this, and he disguises himself as the Purple Knight and flies his dragon over LazyTown to steal all of the SportsCandy!
Ziggy wants to get out of school and spend his summer playing with the LazyTown kids. But his idea is met with resistance, especially from Sportacus. Sportacus is worried that the Kids will grow up to be lazy and unhealthy like him. So he teaches them how to stay active by teaching them the “Sports Song”!
Stephanie’s Diary
Stephanie is an active, smart, sweet, shy, and sassy 8-year-old girl who came to live with her uncle, Mayor Milford Meanswell of Lazy Town. She inspires the kids of Lazy Town, including Ziggy, Trixie, Stingy, and Pixel, to play outside instead of watching television or playing video games all day. Although she often gets tickled and teased, she is always determined to make Lazytown.site more active.
The kids create a competition to build the best clubhouse but it becomes difficult when they have to work together, especially with Ziggy who is scared of the dark. When the supervillain Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a monster and attempts to scare the kids, Stephanie shows him how to be a hero instead.
When Stephanie writes some nasty notes on pink paper for Trixie and the others to find, she finds her friendship with them is put to the test.
