Enacting a "princess" is more than just wearing a pretty gown or a crown. It is having qualities of the heart such as kindness, confidence, and good manners, with which a child can make himself/her a better, happier child. It’s also about using imagination and creativity. In most cases, all children require is that they learn good manners including sharing or being courteous. As a parent or guardian, you are similar to their guiding star, who can help them understand the significance of building a child's character and their sense of self-worth.

Building Kindness and Good Heart

Kindness is a magical tool that makes people change and the world better. It's important to show your kid they can be kind to family members by doing things that truly matter in big little ways, such as breakfast, or simply remembering your child's favorite snack. Along with that, children should learn to talk to everyone by being polite as well as showing great concern for animals and even nature to become good-hearted people. They should learn to say sorry after hurting feelings and forgive others for being better people.

Developing Confidence and Self-Respect

You can give your child the power of speech and confidence. It's key to inspiring them to speak clearly and when needed to assert themselves. Offer accolades for what they are good at, art, sports, music, and it will have a positive impact on them. Allow them to take part in a new sport or a new interest to avoid any pressure to learn a new skill and partake in it. When they make an error, there is no need for them to feel discouraged, as they can learn through practice. Instill in them the idea of being proud of who they are and what they can do, and it will help them to get on in life the easy way.

Learning Good Manners and Behavior

Good behavior will make your child liked in school and social life. Enabling them to greet others with respect in the form of a smile or “hello, buddy” will already be a good start. Using polite phrases like “please” and “thank you” helps them to become respectful. You should also let them sit and eat straight and not interrupt others. They will be taught to honor their elders and to follow some basic rules, but without arguing. You will teach your child to exercise self-control by letting them wait their turn to get their chance to speak.

Appearance, Style, and Self-Care

How your child takes care of themself is important as it affects how they feel. Help them dress neatly and appropriately to make a positive impression and avoid being “overdressed”. Offer some age-appropriate clothing options that are appropriate for the child's personality. It is a great step towards the child taking care of herself when she softly cooks for herself. You can use a  high-quality girls makeup kit that can be fun to use during pretend time and help with better imagination. Remember your daughter to receive praise for her clothing and activities and to listen to no one else.

Creativity, Imagination, and Role Play

Creativity will enable your child to express themself. You can stimulate your child’s imagination with pretend play such as role-playing games. Self-supporting activities such as making up stories about dress-ups help in developing valuable skills. Making up little plays at home can be hard work, but it is real fun. Even toys can tell stories in places, and this will increase their imagination. When allowed to explore fairy tales, children will often feel deeply connected to their own purpose. It is a treasure box of imagination waiting to be opened and developed to its full potential.

Conclusion

Being the “princess” isn't about having to eat more than you ever wanted, or having to wear too many cute outfits to dance, as much as it's about being kindhearted, indulging less in materialistic things, self-confident and culturally polite to everybody you meet. All these qualities play an important role in the early development of a balanced individual. There is no doubt about the important role imagination plays in the foundation of personality in such situations. Simple habits like sharing, hard work, and consideration for others can be developed in an everyday manner. The strong support structure that you build can be strong enough to withstand the challenge of life.
