What are sealants and its types, features we use

Materials called sealants stop liquids and other substances from leaking through surfaces and mechanical joints. Additionally, sealants stop the escape of air, insects, dust, sound, and heat. There are many different types of sealants on the market, and each one has unique qualities. They might be temporary or permanent, weak or strong, flexible or rigid.

When concrete or mortar cannot be utilised to seal an opening between two surfaces, sealants are often used. They fulfil three essential purposes.

Any sealant works effectively when used properly, but making the optimal choice can be technically difficult. MAPEFLEX PU S25

Low modulus elastic polyurethane sealant for joints.

Mapeflex PU S25 has been specially developed for sealing internal and external vertical expansion and construction joints.

Colour: Grey, Beige and off-white

Packaging: Boxes of 24, 600 ml sausage

Storage: Mapeflex PU S25 may be stored for upto 12 months in a cool, dry place.
