Founder: Why did I start The Junk Rangers? In 2017, I started The Junk Rangers because I have a son with ADHD, autism and dyslexia, and knew then that he would have some challenges in life and keeping or getting a job. As a father, I dreaded the thought of some boss yelling at him or mistreating him. I set out to create a working environment for him where he could grow with the business, learn the value of a dollar, and have a place to work where he doesn't have to worry about someone not understanding him. My dream and my vision was for my sons to take over the business and grow it, so they could have financial independence.
