What we thought could never happen, happened post-COVID-19. No one would have ever thought hybrid or work-from-home models could ever be a reality in our country. But today, it is. Home became the new office, and when the situation became better, hybrid work models, which were the best of both worlds, working from home and office, came into existence. But the question is, which is more suitable: work from home vs work from office? Or a blend of both, working from home and office, is better?  


According to research published by Robert Half, 26% of employees prefer fully remote jobs while 25% employees want to work from the office. However, 49% of employees are in favor of hybrid model work from home opportunities.

Work from home is a work model that allows employees of an organization to work from the comfort of their homes. To collaborate or communicate with each other, employees use digital communication tools.
