WPC stands for Wireless Planning and Coordination in its full form. The National Radio Regulatory Authority is the Department of Telecommunications Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing (WPC), which is in charge of licensing and frequency spectrum management as well as catering to the demands of all wireless users.
For IT and electronic products that satisfy the needs of consumers of wireless technology, the WPC office issues WPC ETA License. Only Bluetooth and wireless IT products that operate on unlicensed frequency bands and adhere to human safety standards are permitted for sale in India. The WPC certificate/ETA certificate's compliance and regulatory standards must be met by all producers, importers, traders, and suppliers.
