Xoxoday is on the lookout for motivated interns to join the Product & Growth team. The role focuses on driving initiatives to enhance product adoption, retention, and revenue. As a Product and Growth Intern, you will be instrumental in executing campaigns aimed at increasing product usage, with a special focus on B2B2C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute campaigns to boost product usage.
Implement email workflows, product tours, surveys, and tooltips using tools like Intercom and Customer.io.
Utilize product analytics tools such as PostHog to analyze user behavior, product usage patterns, and feature adoption metrics.
Generate reports and document insights for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with the Tech team to conduct experiments based on customer insights for improved feature adoption.
