Eyes closedAgonized heartHead feels heavy; ache in bodyI sit in the lotus positionPay attention,Breathe in Breathe out.
Breathe in Breathe outThe breathing matters and nothing elseI am conscious and full of life;Completely blessed,Divine loveProtecting me.
Anxiety slowlyEbbs down;Enveloped in a bubble of tranquility,All my thoughts jump around itI smileI amFully free.
