The flavors can range from grassy, hay to tropical fruit flavors. Winery Notes- The Domaine Curry Sauvignon Blanc, produced in the Bordeaux Graves-style exhibits incredible minerality with bright, racy acidity, giving it the backbone that this exceptional white wine deserves. It is composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc and aged for 7 months in 25% concrete egg fermentation, 65% neutral French oak and 10% new Burgundian French oak.
