Design Build Partners LLC is a hands-on architecture & construction company that is highly client-focused. We produce quality projects, maintain an honorable staff, and are very approachable. All aspects of the way we do business are transparent to maintain open communication amongst employees and clients. Born & raised in Nashville, TN, owner Rob Cochran knows the neighborhoods of Nashville like the back of his hand. After completing his degree in Architecture at the University of Tennessee, he returned to his hometown and continued pursuing a career in architecture and construction. He has been a leader in the business for over 27 years, and is excited to be a part of this booming, beautiful city.
