Hello and Welcome to our Family-friendly Beachfront Vacation Villas in Turks and Caicos We are Gena and Ivan, a couple that has a vast array of property rentals. We are the owners of Opulence Estate, and a fun-loving couple from Canada. We aim to host diverse people from around the world, and we are thrilled to host you at our Turks and Caicos luxury rentals because we love meeting new people. Apart from that, our passions are skiing, traveling, reading, meditation, yoga, baking, and more. We love hosting to bring the world to us (yes, we believe cookies can solve most problems). Ivan is a chemical engineer who also happens to be a romantic at heart. He’ll strum his guitar for Gena at any opportunity (whether she asks for it or not!). Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams (and an even bigger love for good food).
