Fairmount Builders was formed in 2016 and as a first, built a warehouse of 240,000 square feet which was taken by Flipkart and within no time was sold along with the tenant. This created an instant trust of selling a warehouse in a retail model for the very first time that too with a big name on board as tenant. The company then ventured into two commercial spaces by building smaller projects of 1,40,000 square feet and 1,70,000 square feet at Kondapur and Kompally respectively. Both the projects have been acquired by a leading MNC company and Apollo Hospitals which gave us courage to take bigger steps in the real estate industry. Location was the key factor that made our projects more premium and our vision for getting the best land parcels at the best location made us the ideal choice for many commercial business establishments like Karachi Bakery, Skechers, Go Colors and many other top brands to have their ventures at our commercial establishments. This was for our 4th project at the most premium destination at Kokapet, Hyderabad. Fairmount Square at Kompally was our 5th Venture in 2019 and was taken up by Starbucks, Nykaa, Taneira, P. Satyanarayana Jewelers and many other trusted brands. Fairmount builders currently is in the process of 50,00,000 square feet with five of its projects upcoming at the most preferred business locations of Hyderabad.
