Fox Valley Institute was founded in 2001 by Dr. Laura Bokar. As the sole therapist, Dr. Bokar met with people every day that had a growing desire for more deeply satisfying lives, families and careers. As her passion for helping individuals understand and conquer life’s challenges grew, so did the company.
