Masseria Carrassa is a historic, nine-hectare agricultural estate nestled along the Mediterranean coast. It is home to over 350 ancient Cime di Mola olive trees, some millennia old, alongside carob and citrus groves, thriving in karstic soils and a Mediterranean climate. Passionately managed, the estate follows a holistic approach—from early-morning harvesting and meticulous milling to rigorous analysis by expert partners—to craft exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
