My private practice therapy office is located on the East Side of Manhattan. As an experienced therapist, I help people deal with a wide range of concerns and problems, including: Marriage counselling, relationship and couples therapy, therapy for depression (including cognitive behavior therapy), anxiety, grief and stress management counseling, addictions counseling for substance abuse and other problems, parenting help, and conflict resolution as well as job and career stress.
