Rooted Dental Care started with the idea of creating a modern neighborhood dental office that is accessible to patients of all ages, in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago. We offer an uncompromising approach to dental care, utilizing advanced technologies, and foster long-lasting relationships rooted in our community.
