Hello, my name is Regula Bornhauser. I've lived with dogs since I was 5 years old. In 2000, my then-partner introduced me to Reiki. For years, I had successfully practiced Reiki on friends' animals and, of course, our own furry friends. In 2007, I wanted to try it out: As an office worker in a management position for years, I wanted a license and had completed my training to become a master practitioner. I set up a room in my house for treating people and animals. Working with animals fascinated me so much that I wanted to continue. I didn't yet know exactly what. One thing was clear: only on a small scale, of course—as a part-time job... or so I thought.
