I am a integrative medicine clinician with unique expertise in both family medicine and functional mental health. I am well versed in addressing common psychiatric concerns such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and insomnia both with conventional medications and alternative supplements. I have assisted many patients in both managing and decreasing their dependence on common psychiatric medications by addressing commonly overlooked imbalances. In addition, I also have advanced training in research-based psychedelic therapies for the treatment of refractory mental health conditions. I help patients holistically with physical and emotional health through medication or supplement management, nutrition, or adjunctive counseling support.
