Thermal swimcap

A thermal swim cap is a special type of swimming cap that keeps your head warm when swimming in cold water. It is not like regular silicone or latex swim caps. Thermal swim caps are made from warm and thick materials like neoprene, which provide insulation. Insulation means the cap traps your body heat and prevents the cold water from making your head cold.
