The Bigpond email service is not updated with a feature where user can connect their Outlook email account to the Bigpond account. The following feature was looked out by users many times ago, where managing all the accounts separately had been a hectic job for users. With the following feature, the user will be able to access both of their emails from a common email client platform. Many users had been concerned about the process for connection of their account, we would like to say the changes required to be made are very simple and users can easily make changes. As we mentioned the process is simple, we would also like to provide proper steps for connecting Bigpond email with Outlook email.
- The user will have to click on the File tab located on the top-left side of the screen.
- Then click on New and add the user's email address.
- After clicking on connecting, the next screen will appear where the user will have to select IMAP.
- Then the user will have to fill in the server settings details.
- Enter mail.bigpond.com on the server, add it to 993, and make the connection SSL.
- Make sure to add all the necessary details as asked by the system
- Once the process is complete, users' Bigpond will be set up in Outlook email.
