Jared McBrearty knows success is built, not given. A Connecticut native, he started working at 11, learning responsibility through farm work and odd jobs. By 16, he was pouring concrete, eventually rising to foreman and supervisor roles before launching his own concrete company in 2011.
When winter slowed business, he pivoted to interior renovations with a close friend—laying the foundation for A1 Home Improvement. Over 15 years, he expanded into full home renovations and strategic house flips. Since officially joining A1 in 2022, Jared has helped grow revenue 4–5 times while strengthening roofing, siding, and window divisions.
Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning, he invests in people as much as projects. With the launch of A1 Solar, Jared is now helping Connecticut homeowners power their homes with confidence and clean energy.
