Jared McBrearty is a Connecticut native who has spent most of his life in central Connecticut, shaped by hard work from an early age. At just 11 years old, he took on odd jobs and summer farm work picking vegetables, learning the value of consistency and effort. By 16, Jared entered the construction industry through concrete work, steadily rising to foreman and later supervisor roles. In 2011, he launched his first concrete construction business, eventually expanding into interior renovations with a close friend who would become a co-owner of A1 Home Improvement.

Over the past 15 years, Jared has transitioned into home renovations and property investments, focusing on house flips. Since officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, the company’s revenue has grown four to five times, with expanded roofing, siding, and window divisions. A mentor, avid reader, and community-focused leader, Jared balances business growth with family, faith, and giving back.
