Jared McBrearty is a Connecticut native who has spent most of his life in central Connecticut, building a career rooted in hard work, perseverance, and growth. His work ethic began early—at just 11 years old—through odd jobs and summer days spent picking vegetables on a local farm. By 16, Jared entered the construction industry, starting with concrete work and steadily advancing to foreman and supervisory roles across several companies.

In 2011, he launched his first concrete construction business. When winter slowed outdoor projects, he partnered with a close friend to take on interior renovations—an effort that eventually evolved into A1 Home Improvement. Over the past 15 years, Jared shifted his focus toward home renovations and property investments, including successful house flips. After officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, the company experienced rapid growth, increasing revenue by four to five times and expanding its roofing, siding, and window divisions.

Jared contributes across marketing, sales, and operational improvements, while mentoring others in both career and life. An avid reader, dedicated father, and active community member, Jared continues to build with purpose—at work, at home, and beyond.
