I’ve been looking into selling my home and came across this home sale calculator to get an estimate of what I could expect from the sale. Has anyone here used one of these before? Do you think they give a pretty accurate picture, or should I rely more on a real estate agent’s opinion?
While I’m figuring that out, I’ve also been looking into mortgage options for my next home, and I stumbled upon Trinity Capital Funding. They seem to have some good mortgage products, but I’m curious if anyone here has worked with them or has any insights on their process.
