DLF Camellias is a luxurious residential development in Gurugram's DLF Phase 5 Golf Links in India's National Capital Region. This LEED Platinum-certified project consists of nine towers with 429 residences, ranging from 4 to 5 BHK units occupying an entire floor. The design of the towers is unique, with "bungalows stacked on top of one another," incorporating sophisticated technology, sustainable practices, facilities, amenities, and services. The units range from 7,350 sq ft to 16,290 sq ft, with 12 penthouses of 13,000 sq ft and two penthouses of 16,000 sq ft, making them some of the largest in India. The project features an extensive landscape with over 1200 trees planted during construction, along with 22,000 sqm of shrubs and 16,000 sqm of grass. The Camellias Club is a standout feature of the development, spanning over 160,000 sq ft and divided into seven energy zones, each containing amenities corresponding to their respective themes. The clubhouse features fine dining, sports, fitness, relaxation, and entertainment, making it an extension of residents' homes and designed for families of all ages. The club is separated from the residential towers by a 1.3-acre Water Garden that features fan-shaped reflecting pools with fibre optic points that create a starry effect. The clubhouse also has a business centre, a 65-seater movie theatre, sports and cigar bars, a karaoke space, wine bars, a bakery, and a bowling alley.
