Hospitals and the healthcare sector as a whole struggled in 2020 to pivot and handle the devastating Covid-19 pandemic. Millions of people died as a result of our actions. Fortunately for us, our children, who make up about 40% of India’s population, were spared the worst of the pandemic.

India must resolve health structural issues with adequate healthcare skills, equipment, and techniques to save its children from a new third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
