Park Ji-young won her third title of the season and her first major championship.

Park shot a 5-under 67 in the second round of the KB Financial Star Championship, the third major of the season on the Korean Ladies Professional Golf (KLPGA) Tour, at Blackstone Golf Club (Par 72) in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, 토토사이트 on Monday.

With a two-under-par 142 total, Park jumped to second place, two strokes behind leader Lee Ga-young, and is poised to join the title race.

Park, who won the season-opening Hana Financial Group Singapore Women's Open on an earlier date in December, will be looking for her third victory of the season at a major following her second win of the season at the Abercollagen-Duchesne Queen's Crown in July.

Park Ji-young reaches the top of the leaderboard for the first time in her career.

With six career wins, Park has yet to win a major.

Park flew like she was playing on a different course.

Blackstone Golf Club is one of the most notoriously difficult courses on the 스포츠토토 KLPGA Tour.

In the first round the day before, four players shot 1-under par 71 to share the lead. Out of 108 players, 98 shot over par.

While the pin placements were a bit easier, only seven players shot under par today.

Only two players, Ga-Young Lee and Ji-Young Park, shot a combined under-par score in the second round.

On a course where birdies are so hard to come by and bogeys and double bogeys are the norm, 토토 Park made six birdies and one bogey.

“I had a good feeling from the practice before today's match,” Park said. “After I made a tap-in birdie on the first hole, I was so confident in my shot that I changed my strategy to hit it aggressively rather than protecting it. The putts followed suit.”

While her shot feeling was good, clever play also played a role.

“Yesterday, I panicked because the greens were so hard,” Park said, “but today, I hit a little shorter considering the distance the ball rolled on the green, and it worked.”

A slightly easier pin position than the previous day and a green hardness that Park described as “very, very slightly softer” also helped her birdie show.

“I needed about a month to correct things that weren't going well lately, such as my driver shots not going where I wanted them to,” said Park, 고스톱 who led the season in both money and points before losing the top spot in the money list to Park Min-ji and the top spot in the points list to Lee Ye-won after the midway point, “but since last week, I've been hitting the shots where I want them to go and aiming for zero. I feel confident,” she said, predicting a comeback in the race for the prize money and the grand prize.

“It would be great to be a major champion,” Park said, “but there are still two days left, and you never know what can happen on this course, so I'll have to play a little smarter from tomorrow, when I'll be in contention for the title.”

When asked what she meant by “smart play,” Park said, “I think it's about leaving the tee shot in the fairway, putting the ball on the green, and keeping the long putts in, 스포츠토토맨  but keeping the short and medium putts out.
