As we all know, the best idea for an adult party is a dinner party. That is because there is nothing better than good food with good company in the comfort of your own home. But throwing a dinner party can be quite stressful as you are cooking for so many people and you can't risk messing up.
Whip out your slow cooker
There is nothing easier and yummier than making a meal in a slow cooker. It is so simple and you just can't mess it up because the magic happens in the pot and you don't even have to be near it when it's cooking. But you have to start on time as it will take up to 10 hours to cook but the rest you can prepare in 10 minutes. No matter what you make it will taste amazing and your home will make everyone's mouth water.
Throw a retro diner party
If you want to go simple but you will want to make your party fun, there is nothing better than making a diner retro party. Everybody loves hotdogs and hamburgers but what will take your party to a whole new level is having checkered tablecloths as well as milkshakes. If that is not enough you can even rent out a jukebox to play in the background.
Fun noodles
What better time to introduce new foods to people than at a dinner party? But when you are making noodles, you have to make sure that you have the perfect recipe that you can have both vegetarian and meat so people have options. All you need is some chorizo, vegetables and some amazing spices and you're good to go. If you are not a fan of chorizo you can add sausages or anything that you like. When it comes to noodles there is not going wrong.
Make breakfast for dinner
We all love breakfast so what better than having breakfast for dinner. You can even make it into a fun theme party like a pyjama party and have amazing breakfast foods while in your pyjamas. You can serve waffles, pancakes and have your guests bring their favourite toppings. To top it all off you can make margaritas and find a photo booth hire in Sydney and have the time of your life.
Homemade pizza
Why not have a pizza party? As we all know, pineapple on pizza is not the most hated topping in Australia, so why not take it up a notch and have fun with your toppings. But the key is not to overload your pizza dough with toppings as that will make it soggy. Have fun and test out new recipes with your friends.
Have a taco fiesta
Everybody loves Mexican food and there are so many different things that you can make that everybody can enjoy and it can fit any theme that you have. Anything from burrito bowls to having a full-on taco bar you just can't go wrong.
Go on a cute French picnic
If you want to have something classier yet have fun there is nothing better than going for a French picking theme. If you are going indoors, make a charcuterie board, have some wine and spread out blankets on the floor, but if you can, take the picnic outside and enjoy the nice weather. If you have a blog or you are thinking about starting your blog this is a great thing to document.
Make a French onion chicken
On the other hand, if you are not into having a picnic, but you still want to have that French theme you can go with the famous French onion chicken. What will surprise people is that you haven’t gone with the classic soup option but you have chosen a chicken. You can still have your wine along with it and enjoy all the melted cheese, onion and the star of the meal, chicken.
Make a Sushi Extravaganza
If you want to have more of an interactive dinner party there is nothing that you can choose that will work better than sushi. You can invite all the people over and everybody can come with their favourite toppings and you can all together make a bunch of sushi rolls. All you need to do is have bamboo rolling mats as well as the Nori seaweed sheets. You can either go all out and have traditional Japanese decor and music or you can just drink, laugh and make some sushi.
