The 44-year-old Lindsay Sage Lumpkin passed away in Littleton, Colorado, on September 23, 2021. Lindsay was a bright star, inspiring everyone and everything in her path. She drew all of us into her passion of exploration and her love of people, cultures, and traditions, literally and figuratively carrying us along with her.

She advanced from figure skating to swimming club to a youth hockey league before finally joining the US Ski Team's free-form inclines. She did this while securing the family's cooler with her straight A report cards.
Report cards from Colorado Academy, Goddard Middle School, Littleton High School, University of Colorado, Boulder, and Denver University made up a sizable portion of the collection.
The beautiful lindsay lumpkin was a passionate English teacher who inspired everyone of her students to reach their full potential by sharing her faith in Jesus Christ and walking alongside them as they explored their own selves.
She is supported by her loving and loyal partner Andrew, their two incredibly beautiful children Clayton and Annika, as well as her adoring and pleasant guardians Bill (Pat) and Kaycie (Sherwin). She had a significant amount of love and respect for her brother Brody (Lindsey, Eden, Kora); her aunts Linda and Peggy; her uncle Jack; and her cousins Jenna and Sarah, Taryn, and Mark.

Everyone’s beloved lindsay lumpkin was an incredible force of grace, humility, success, and selflessness in everything she achieved. She was born on September 30, 1976, in Denver, Colorado. From figure skating to swimming to a boys hockey team to the freestyle slopes on the US Ski Team, she quickly advanced. She did this, of course, while attaching her straight-A report cards to the family's refrigerator. The Colorado Academy, Goddard Middle School, Littleton High School, University of Colorado, Boulder, and Denver University all provided a significant number of those report cards.
While travelling the world with her closest friends, in her Chi Omega sorority house, and in the hallways and classrooms of Douglas County High School and Valour Christian High School, where she taught, lindsay lumpkin with her wonderful smile and contagious laughter could be heard and felt throughout the Bow Mar and Bow Mar South communities where she grew up. By motivating her students with her faith in Jesus Christ and walking with them as they explored their own identities, Lindsay, an English teacher, helped each student realise their own potential.
A service honouring Lindsay was held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 1:00pm at Mission Hills Church.

People were shocked to learn of Lindsay's passing and were incredibly heartbroken. For many years, lindsay lumpkin has been a great neighbour, babysitter, and person in general. With endless energy, entertaining activities, and a responsible demeanour, Lindsay provided the children her undivided attention while making each child feel special. All of our memories will be filled with the brightness of her spirit.
lindsay lumpkin is and will always be adored by both her students and their parents, and there are simply not enough words to describe that! She was more than just a fantastic teacher; she was a lifeline for so many of her students and had a fantastic ability to highlight their good qualities in a way that developed them from the inside out!
She was kind and encouraging, and she really motivated her students to realise their potential. With great passion, fun activities, and a responsible approach, Lindsay provided the students her constant support while making each one feel special. It was very hard for every one of us when everyone heard about her passing, as lindsay lumpkin had a huge impact and one I´ll never forget. Prayers to Lindsey´s family during this time.
