MEN’S WEDDING RINGS (LIFETIME WARRANTY)

We pride ourselves on our service and product quality, and for this reason, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our Tungsten rings and Titanium men’s rings, this of course is within reason and applies to normal wearing circumstances. 

 

Warranty Includes:

 

1) The protective poxy come off or loose.

 

2) Ring breaks – Under normal circumstances

The warranty does not cover unnatural events such as steel objects that were dropped onto the ring or smashed with a hammer etc.Kindly note that even though Tungsten and Titanium are very strong metals nothing is unbreakable and should be handled with care as it is in most cases a wedding ring, not a “wreck it ralphs” band.

 

Exchanges: We do exchange rings for customers when the wrong sizes have been chosen, but please note that exchanges will proceed as follow:

There is a fee of R300 for exchanges that have to be booked through our courier services.We, unfortunately, do not allow customers to use their own couriers for returns as it interferes with our daily operations and workflow.Exchanges can also be done at our showroom in Pretoria by appointment @ no additional fees.

 

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.Products won’t be swapped out for different products unless arranged with one of our staff.Engraved watches & rings can NOT be returned or exchanged, so please make sure about your sizing before you add engraving.

 

Also kindly take note that our ring warranty ensures to replacement of the ring of the purchase if any engraving has to be re-done it will be for the customer’s account.

 

WOODEN WATCHES & SUNGLASSES (LIMITED WARRANTY)

 

Our wooden watches & sunglasses are made with ethically sourced elegant wood. Our watches are splashproof, but not recommended for swimming. Should these products be faulty or defaulted from our side, a return will be dealt with as quickly and effortlessly as possible. 

 

We give a year mechanical warranty on all our watches.

Process for replacement or fixing of faulty watches:

 

Email us at [email protected] or send a WhatsApp to 084 299 4583 to begin the process. Proof of purchase will be required, furthermore, the damage and or fault will be assessed and communicated.

 

Should your watch fall outside the warranty or be damaged by negligence we will only charge at the cost to fix your watch.

 

Kindly Note: No cash returns will be accepted on our products.
