Malegra DXT typically contains 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 30 mg of Duloxetine per tablet. Your healthcare provider may adjust the dosage based on your response and tolerability. Malegra DXT should be taken orally with a glass of water, usually about 30 minutes to an hour before anticipated sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, but high-fat meals may delay the onset of action. Common side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness, and dry mouth. These side effects are usually mild and temporary.
