1. CHOOSE AN APPROPRIATE NAME FOR THE SOCIETY
2. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION
3. FORMULATE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION (MOA)
As per the Indian Trust Act 1882, a Trust is an arrangement where the Owner (Author) transfers the property to someone
else (trustees) for the benefit of beneficiary(ies).
Such a property is transferred by the Author to the trustee(s) along with a proclamation that the trustee should hold
the property for the beneficiaries of the Trust.
