In a press release, the Manitoba company said the new terms of the agreement will consolidate NPI's continued success and the operations of its market-leading customers. In addition, the new contract will provide an opportunity for lottery vendors and Neo Games to pursue future iLottery prospects in the North American market, either in partnership, joint venture or individually.
Doug Pollard, co-CEO of the Manitoban company, noted that NPI has been the leader in the North American online lottery market since its debut 10 years ago. According to him, NPI continues to generate important value for lottery customers. So I'm excited to commit more to our NPI customers and look forward to continuing our long-term success.
He went on to say that by signing the new deal, he would build a strong bond with NeoGame throughout NPI's growth and highlight the team's level of commitment to the provider's interactive lottery partner. He explained that the new contract gives all parties to the joint venture flexibility to pursue additional iLottery opportunities.
Despite the signing of the new joint venture agreement, a press release said Neopolad Interactive's operations will remain in place. This means that the NPI expert team will continue to provide industry-leading player operational support, account management, and other professional services to many lottery partners through the North American market.
Despite starting salaries for 2023, Pollard Banknote has already announced several important milestones for the new year. Most recently, the provider celebrated the launch of the new Borreal Instant Ticket Series of Lottoquebec inspired by local wildlife. The company also announced a partnership with Norway's national lottery company, Norsk Tipping, over the next three years.
In November 2022, lottery partners also introduced a new Ticket to Ride™, named after a popular board game, as the title indicates, which was possible as a result of their efforts with Asmodee Entertainment.
