Good and dependable politicians take pleasure in serving the people and regard themselves as servants, while the people regard them as their paymasters. A politician's attributes are his inherent characteristics, while others are a product of external influences. Promising politicians frequently combine skills, experience, intelligence, ethics, and instincts to accomplish their aims. A person or politician with a criminal history or any connections to criminals, or whose charge of corruption has not been cleared by a court, should be disqualified from running for office.

Accountability and party loyalty are two further characteristics of a responsible politician in a democratic state. A transparent politician is more accessible to his constituents and meets with them to better understand their concerns. When an election is approaching or when politicians switch parties like footballers switch teams, only phoney politicians are viewed by voters. As each parent is responsible for teaching their children moral, cultural, truth, and honesty in order for them to be self-reliant, politicians are accountable for instilling in their population an appreciation for political responsibility and democratic values. A politician sets an example and is aware of his or her bare minimal responsibilities as an elected official.

If you ask who is the best political leader in Tamil Nadu, you will receive a variety of answers. The best political leaders enter politics to serve their citizens, not to oppose them. He is at the people's beck and call and is always willing to listen. All of these contribute to the establishment of a firm foundation for a dynamic society capable of devising answers to any problem and finally developing tactics and political structures that facilitate the automatic implementation of those solutions. He is quick to lend a hand to his neighbour. A trustworthy politician should be extremely dedicated and committed to his or her party, which shares his or her vision and objectives. Loyalty's worth is entirely dependent on trust. A citizen should be a member of a party comprised of the most bright, skilled, patriotic, and active individuals committed to common aims and aspirations. Teamwork is most effective when members have common aims, have mutual respect for one another, and appreciate each other's strengths. Politics is about bringing people together and achieving consensus, not dividing or fomenting animosity. Collective action is the sole source of power.

Finally, in order to become a great politician or statesman, or to join the AIADMK party, you must apply your talents, abilities, experiences, honesty, integrity, obstacles, and limits to the beneficial effect you can have on other human beings. A politician must leave his constituency in a better state than he found it. A politician who constantly accomplishes what they set out to accomplish is capable of greatness. He gains knowledge through his errors and criticisms. It is a lousy politician who believes that all the good is on his side and all the bad is on his opponent's, or who believes that simply because someone disagrees with him, all their ideas and solutions are wrong. Good politicians demonstrate an appreciation for the perspectives and experiences of others. Nobody possesses an undisputed monopoly on wisdom. A person who wishes to be a great politician should be able to identify and analyse problems in their community and then propose the best solutions. In this world, there is no such thing as an unsolvable problem. A wise politician understands that constant work in small tasks such as service, social reform, kindness, or daily sacrifice results in a nation's true greatness. If all politicians make it a priority to develop and improve the quality of life in their units, wards, seats, states, and regions, we will undoubtedly have a magnificent country.

In Tamilnadu, a good leader is a self-actualized leader. Self-actualization is the pinnacle of human evolution; a self-actualized individual is a fully functional human being. I've written extensively in the past about the traits of self-actualized people, which apply to this piece as well. However, the following attributes are inextricably linked to a good leader. It is worthwhile to pay attention to these and consider them before deciding on a leader.
