Hi-tech City
The Cyberabad Development Authority (CDA), a special enclave for the location of IT companies, research institutions, and ancillary services around the current HITEC City area in Hyderabad, was established by the Nara Chandrababu Naidu government in 2001. 52 km2 in size and encompassing the townships of Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Manikonda, and Nanakramguda in the western part of the city, CDA CDA was designed as a self-contained enclave offering upscale amenities like gated residential housing, intelligent buildings, shopping malls, and transportation facilities, among others. By the end of the year 2001, there was all construction going around Hyderabad for the Future and by the visionary of Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu and some of the Top TDP MLAs and the greatest of the TDP Leaders at the time. People used to get to know everything about TDP's Latest news on the air and by the means of Radio. The development of a Hi-tech city is considered one of India's largest developments in the decade and is the Best TDP Achievement and one of the Greatest TDP Contributions to the state of United Andhra Pradesh (both AP and Telangana).
Genome Valley
In 1999, Chandrababu Naidu founded Pharma City, a pioneering, cutting-edge biotechnology park in the nation to the north of Hyderabad. He also promoted Genome Valley to top multinational pharmaceutical companies like Novartis Pharma India, Shantha Biotechnics, Bharat Biotech, Biocon, Biological E. Limited, and Jupiter Biosciences. He also urged other major global IT companies like IBM, Dell, HSBC, and Oracle Corporation to relocate to Hyderabad.
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's idea for the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (also known as Shamshabad Airport) was successful. Begumpet Airport, which was then being used, was unable to handle the amount of aviation traffic as Hyderabad began to draw in foreign investment. The Chandrababu Naidu administration along with the Top TDP Leaders established a special development area and gave it the name Hyderabad Airport Development Authority to encourage the planned development of the area around the international airport (HADA). In 2003, the government of Chandrababu Naidu purchased 5,495 acres of land for the airport.
Other Infrastructure
Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System, whose development started in 2001, was made accessible to the general public in 2003 by the TDP Administration. Deputy Prime Minister L. K. Advani flagged off the first MMTS train at Secunderabad Railway Station to kick off Phase-I, a joint effort between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the South Central Railway, while Chandrababu Naidu unveiled its second leg. The system runs over three primary routes: Falaknuma-Lingampalli, Hyderabad-Falaknuma, and Hyderabad-Lingampalli, with a total operational length of 43 kilometers and 26 stations and are certainly the best of the top TDP Contributions to Hyderabad.
