5. Configure telephony features –

· Go to the Telephony Features menu and set up telephony features such as call forwarding, call waiting, and call transfer.

· Configure advanced telephony features such as call parking, call pickup, and call recording if desired.

6. Test the system –

· Make test calls to ensure the system is working correctly.

· Check the call flow and IVR menu to ensure calls are being routed correctly.

· Verify that voicemail, call forwarding, and other telephony features are working correctly.
