Okay, so finding the best sun protection might sound like a breeze when planning a holiday. That being said, there's a shed load of times when certain bioderma sunscreen SPF, bioderma sunblock, or hats just won't cut the mustard. That's why I wanted to share some of the best sun protection tips that I've followed since traveling.

Wearing bioderma sun cream is a no-brainer, and it should be part of your daily routine. Most face bioderma moisturiser come with SPF 15, but remember to protect children, too. Throughout the summer, make sure you apply bioderma sunscreen to children first thing in the morning, before school, or at least 15 minutes before they go out in the sun.
Know Your UVAs from your UVBs
There is a range of different sun protection factors (SPF). The SPF relates to UVB rays – UltraViolet B. These are the rays that make you tan (or burn); they can also cause cancer. SPF factor indicates how successfully the cream blocks the sun's UVB rays – factor 15 offers up to 15 times your skin's usual protection, 30 is 30 times, and so on.
Always choose an SPF of 30 or higher.
For me, one of the best sun protection tips is just going as high as possible with SPF.
Also, there's just no point in going for a lower SPF protection if you still get burned, and I think everyone should wear at least a 30+ SPF. This is why I wear an SPF of 50 and try to keep my skin as covered as possible.
Which Sun Cream?
Choosing a sun cream is a personal choice and will depend on your skin type, how active you are, and any allergies. Some sun creams can sting or burn – children can be particularly susceptible to this, and nothing ruins a beach holiday more than a crying child!
Wear Sunglasses
Your eyes need sun protection, too. UV rays can damage the delicate skin around your eyes and can even lead to sight problems in the future. Cheap glasses don't necessarily cut it; look for sunglasses with UVA & B protection.
Final words:
Nothing makes you feel as foolish as bright red skin! Failing to use sun protection is so counterproductive: if you burn, the chances are you will peel in a week anyway! So, cover up, be sensible, and avoid sunburn so that you can enjoy your holiday adventures without embarrassment or discomfort.
