3 - Son River
The Son River or Troc River is a tributary of the Gianh River in North Central Vietnam. The river flows entirely in the territory of Quang Binh province. The upstream part of the river is 7,729 m long and flows underground in the limestone mountains in the west of Quang Binh. The Son River flows out from the mouth of Phong Nha cave located on the land of Phong Nha village, Son Trach commune, Bo Trach district.
The poetic Son River with an emerald color winding around the Ke Bang limestone mountains leaves a deep mark on the heart of every time visitors to Phong Nha Cave Heritage.
