Facebook created React Native to be used for building native apps on both iOS and Android. The same codebase can be deployed to either platform, with a few tweaks here and there. It’s already being used by Facebook, Walmart, PayPal, Skype, and a slew of other famous companies. You may also hear it referred to as React-Native or RN.

In terms of price, there are two options for creators who want to use Corona: paid ($99 per month) or free with ads.
