Trademark registration is valid for a period of 10 years. Upon completion of this period, the Trademark application
needs to be renewed to extend the validity to another 10 years.

Power of Attorney.
Registration Certificate.
ID & Address Proof of the Applicant.
An application filed for trademark registration may be objected if the Trademark is identical or similar to an existing
Trademark, contains some offensive or abusive words or causes confusion in the minds of consumers.
