Vintage end tables, nightstands, and other occasional tables are a terrific way to personalise your home while still providing functionality. Because they are smaller than a dresser or coffee table, they are also ideal for experimenting with new paint techniques or colours. We wanted to teach you how to make unique and unusual end tables with our new Vintage Effect Wash paints that can be used in practically any area in your house.

The lines on this nightstand give it the appearance of having been transported from the Italian countryside. Vintage Effect Wash White was applied over a base coat of Americana Decor Satin Enamels to achieve the right weathered look. It generates depth of colour by adding White and then wiping it away, which would ordinarily take many years to achieve.

Vintage Effect Wash can be used softly with a tone-on-tone effect. A coat of Americana Decor Chalky Finish in Enchanted with Vintage Effect Wash Hunter Green softly dusted on top complimented the rustic look of this item.

Vintage Effect Wash is used in a unique way on this mid-century end table. Because of the lightly applied coat, the Black seems more like a stain, allowing the wood grain to come through. The metallics from Americana Decor are the perfect finishing touch.

Vintage Effect Wash Brown is the ideal top coat for adding a rustic, weathered look to any piece. It's simple to add a little and then wipe it away to get the perfect amount of ageing. Continue to build it up until it's as black as you want it.

Vintage Effect Wash Grey gives things a worn, beach appearance. From a natural wood finished piece, this was brushed on and then rubbed back. This end table looks great in a modern or beach house because of the finish.

The grey used to cover the top of this hand-lettered table gives it the appearance of an old chalkboard. The distressing is enhanced even more by sanding the finished painting first and then applying the Vintage Effect Wash.

We couldn't pass up an end table with an extra shelf for storage, so we couldn't leave this one at the flea market. We breathed fresh life into it by painting some modest floral design on top and then toning it down with Vintage Effect Wash Blue, which was done in parts and then wiped back for a subtle finish.

We hope you've been encouraged to give Vintage Effect Wash a try on a little piece of furniture in your home. Once you've become used to working on a smaller scale, you may move on to making beds, dressers, hutches, benches, and more, as well as experimenting with unique layering combinations!

However, Bidsquare is the ideal company for antique and vintage pieces if you are seeking for vintage and antique end tables for your décor. As an online auctions site, you may search for a wide variety of vintage furniture and bid on it to receive the greatest discounts.
