Types Of Cutting

Plasma Cutting

Stamping

Shearing is a technique for trimming or removing undesired material from metal by putting two blades above and below the metal to create a single, long, straight cut. The method mostly cuts shorter lengths and materials with irregular shapes; the blades can be positioned at an angle to lessen the needed shearing force. Combining two tools—blades—with one tool placed above the metal and the other below to provide pressure allows straight cuts. The upper blade drives the metal down onto the fixed or stationary lower blade to break the piece and finish the separation.

Welding

Welding is one of the most common methods of the steel metal fabrication process. It is a method by which two separate pieces together by using heat as well as pressure. This method is most common in large-scale fabrication industries. Moreover, welding isis basically three types: MIG, TIG and Stick and arc.

Finishing
