The ideal method to achieve this is to hire an independent filmmaker rather than a well-known film production business, especially if you want to do it cheaply and probably below market rate.

After moving to Binghamton, New York, I was seeking to conduct a weekend shoot and discovered one who would do my entire production for $4,000. But like you, I was primarily searching for as much free aid as I could, and I definitely wanted to steer it.
Sincerely, I said, "I don't want to give up my production; I just want to pay for it." The cost dropped to $2,000, making it a viable alternative if I wanted a full crew and all the necessary equipment for a 10-minute short.
You would probably be content with the pricing as well. Nevertheless, I doubt they had much experience with gloomy shorts, and I didn't know what to anticipate. They appeared to be more interested in videography and simply looking for more business. In Boston, I would anticipate spending at least $1,000 per minute for such a package.
Let me, however, make a different recommendation. Finding an independent film Production houses in india, like myself, who isn't necessary running a production firm with clients would probably be a better fit. They most certainly have some of their work online or at the very least would be happy to show you some if you asked. They might be open to working with you as a collaborator if they find your proposal to be compelling, especially if you're willing to cover necessary costs (travel, equipment rental, etc.) and don't mind putting in some extra effort in the pre-production phase.
As a member of my former "filmmaking meetup group" and one of my less technically inclined friends, she let me to use her house as a location for my film Dream State, so I did just this for her. She had a script for a 20+ page multiple location short that wasn't quite my style, and I wasn't really convinced that it was "up to snuff". I mocked her. "If you want my assistance, you'll need to make that script tighter" She then did. After a few revisions, it appeared to be a solid 12 pages, and we could finish it all in her home. Even if it's still not my style, I believed that with the right performers, the movie might be both solid and amusing.
It was time for pre-production. She would handle all of the creative planning if she were to direct this movie. I walked her through each stage, helping her to set up auditions, make a casting call, book studio space, compose a shot list (with columns for scene, shot, angle, scope, and shot description), and create storyboards. I made sure she was aware of the precise location of each shot and that she received the objects and clothes she requested. I planned a realistic shot schedule and went to the auditions to make sure she knew what to look for in an actor. I could go down for a weekend, park in Brooklyn, and capture everything with the gear I have (I just have one camera).
I helped her recruit some PAs, and she maintained contact with a sound mixer from our previous movie group. If required, she would have paid money to hire a good sound engineer. The ones I prefer cost $300 per day. We would receive the cinematography for free because I was going to do it, but I was unable to handle the sound as well. You shouldn't take chances with sound because it can be very easily messed up.
I was also kind enough to be able to generously handle all the video editing for post-production, which took a few weekends. I pay a sound editor $500 to aesthetically improve and tidy up the sound. I know from experience that if you don't do this, your movie will undoubtedly sound odd and have a choppy audio track when it's being screened at film festivals. She is trying to convince a friend to perform the music. If that doesn't work out, I'll probably direct her to the Pond5 website to discover some music she enjoys—or at least something similar—so I have something to refer to. If we had to pay for it, I would assume the amount wouldn't be more than $100. Did I mention that she was also in charge of delivering food and water?
We were able to complete a full production quickly with my assistance, and it will be shown at least at the Crown Heights Film Festival in October. It required a lot of work from me over the course of several weeks, but it was significantly less than what I would have put into one of "my own productions" because she carried the majority of the burden.
