Jared McBrearty is a proud Connecticut native who has spent most of his life in central Connecticut, building a career grounded in hard work and determination. He began working at just 11 years old, taking on farm and odd jobs before discovering his passion for construction at 16. Starting with concrete work, Jared quickly rose through the ranks to foreman and supervisor positions at multiple companies. In 2011, he launched his own concrete business, later expanding into interior renovations alongside a close friend—now his partner at A1 Home Improvement. Over the past 15 years, Jared has transitioned into home renovation and real estate investment, specializing in house flips. Since officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, he has helped grow the company’s revenue by 4–5 times while expanding its roofing, siding, and window divisions. His leadership and dedication continue to drive growth, innovation, and quality across every project.
