The primary components of the well-known Indo-Chinese condiment known as schezwan sauce are red chiles, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and Sichuan peppers. It also goes by the moniker "Schezwan Chutney," which comes from the Sichuan peppers that are used to make this sauce. Adding schezwan chutney to any dish will create a whole new dish in itself.

Schezwan Noodles

Hakka Noodles are cooked with soy sauce, whereas Schezwan Noodles are made with a spicy schezwan sauce. While schezwan noodles are spicy, Hakka noodles are more like your standard stir-fried noodles that aren't hot or flavorful.

So let's see one of the tastiest schezwan noodle recipes. You can find schezwan chutney online or at any supermarket.
