NVQ Level 7 sits at master's degree level. It's not another site safety certificate, it's the credential that certifies you can operate at board level: setting organisational safety policy, managing risk across an entire portfolio of sites, and standing in front of regulators and clients as the person accountable for safety strategy, not just execution.
Both courses are part of OSHA's outreach training programme and cover overlapping safety fundamentals, but they are designed for fundamentally different audiences.
