I’m Mike Morroni, owner of Creative Assemblies, an industrial electric heater manufacturer based in Bridgeville, Delaware. I’ve spent more than 40 years in this industry, starting with Thermalink/Electro-Therm before acquiring the business and later expanding it through the purchase of Allied Sales. I oversee the design and production of open-coil electric heaters, tubular heaters, immersion elements, and custom heating assemblies used in HVAC, aerospace, food production, chemical processing, laboratories, and other industrial sectors. My focus has always been on building heaters that are practical, durable, and cost-effective while providing customers with responsive support, accurate design guidance, and fast turnaround—whether they need new units or repair and restringing services.
